1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your email address to the TruReps waitlist at trureps.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information. These terms apply to your use of the TruReps pre-launch waitlist and any communications we send you.
2. The Waitlist
The TruReps waitlist is a pre-launch interest list. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the TruReps platform, any specific feature, pricing, or service tier. We reserve the right to launch in phases, limit access, or modify the product at any time without obligation to waitlist members.
3. No Binding Commercial Agreement
Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, reservation, or contract for any product or service. No payment is collected at this stage. Any future commercial relationship between you and TruReps will be governed by separate terms presented at the time of account creation or purchase.
4. Communications
By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive transactional and product-related emails from TruReps, including launch announcements and pre-launch updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hello@trureps.io.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on trureps.io — including the TruReps name, logo, copy, and design — is the property of TruReps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The TruReps waitlist and website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations regarding the timeline, features, or availability of the TruReps platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruReps and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the waitlist or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist subscribers by email. Your continued presence on the waitlist after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
